Primary Purpose Of The Job
Provide comprehensive senior project engineering management services, covering all aspects of the project, Green and Brownfield works within FEED & EPIC Contract from inception to commissioning and handover. Ensure all project phases, including FEED and EPIC, are completed in line with QatarEnergy’s requirements, specifications, and standards.
Required Experience And Skills
Provide comprehensive senior project engineering management services, covering all aspects of the project, Green and Brownfield works within FEED & EPIC Contract from inception to commissioning and handover. Ensure all project phases, including FEED and EPIC, are completed in line with QatarEnergy’s requirements, specifications, and standards.
Required Experience And Skills
Minimum 12 years’ experience in engineering, project management, and execution of major offshore oil & gas projects, including fabrication yard or consultancy experience.
Proven expertise in project engineering, scope preparation, tendering, bid evaluation, risk assessment, contract management, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in FEED, EPIC, and implementation of industry best practices.
Extensive experience in Offshore subsea pipeline design, route planning, and installation methods, including equipment and offshore construction practices.
Strong leadership, team building, communication, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.
Experience supporting the development of onshore and offshore project execution strategies and management processes.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognized university (master’s degree preferred).
Membership in a recognized professional engineering association/institution.
