We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the growth of our permanent recruitment and executive search practice across the Middle East.
This role is a key internal position, acting as a central pillar of our recruitment function, working closely with business development, management, and leadership to drive hiring success, grow verticals, and build high-performing teams.
Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Arabic Speaker
Location: Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for permanent and executive roles
- Partner with management and business development teams
- Build and manage talent pipelines across multiple industries
- Conduct interviews and ensure high-quality hiring delivery
Profile
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a recruitment agency environment (permanent recruitment / outsourcing).
- Experience recruiting across different industries in the Middle East
- Willingness to be based full-time in Abu Dhabi
- Arabic Speaker
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management, or related field
