Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Office Architecture Engineer with at least 3 years of experience. The position is based in Heliopolis. Responsibilities include preparing accurate shop drawings, overseeing quantity surveying, developing bills of quantities (BOQ), coordinating with civil and electrical engineering teams, and reviewing project documents to ensure quality and alignment with project requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing Shop Drawings with attention to detail
- Experience in developing accurate BOQ and carrying out Quantity Surveying tasks
- Knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and practices
- Familiarity with Electrical Engineering fundamentals applicable to construction projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD or similar tools
- Experience in the construction and contracting industry is an advantage
