Job Purpose:
Responsible for supporting the maintenance team in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical or hydraulic equipment and systems, helping to optimize equipment performance and ensure continuity of production processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the power network (main and sub panels)
2. Create program plans for periodic preventive maintenance programs for equipment.
3. Participate in emergency repairs under the supervision of senior maintenance engineers.
4. Inspect equipment and record technical notes and reports.
5. Use tools and measuring devices to ensure that equipment conforms to technical specifications.
6. Review the Emergrncy systems (generators)
7. Review water supply and drainage systems
8. Contribute to improving operational efficiency and minimizing downtime.
9. Adhere to occupational safety and health procedures while working.
10. Participate in updating maintenance files and technical records.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering
2. 1 to 3 years of experience in maintenance systems
3. Basic knowledge of maintenance systems and basic mechanical or electrical fundamentals.
4. Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
5. Good computer skills and maintenance software (e.g. CMMS). Excellent
