Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai for an experienced Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for connecting clients with residential and commercial properties, guiding them through the buying, selling, and leasing process. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting for new clients, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, finalizing real estate transactions, and maintaining effective communication to meet customer needs and expectations.
Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate License is required
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property operations
- Proven Sales and negotiation skills to close successful transactions
- Strong Customer Service skills to effectively engage and build trust with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities tailored to interact with diverse clients
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
- Proficiency in using real estate CRM tools and digital platforms
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- RERA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
