What You’ll Do:
- Architect & Innovate: Lead the design of complex backend systems and oversee the deployment of secure, high-performance solutions.

- Set the Standard: Make critical decisions regarding our tech stack, tools, and internal processes.

Requirements
- Experience: 7–10 years of professional backend development.
- Backend Mastery: Advanced proficiency in multiple backend technologies and languages.
- Systems Design: Deep expertise in distributed systems and complex system architecture.
- Performance: Expert-level knowledge in performance tuning, scalability, and reliability engineering.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, testing strategies, and system monitoring.
- A Proven Leader: You have a track record of mentoring engineers and leading teams to success.
- An Expert Communicator: You can bridge the gap between technical complexity and business value.
