We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Manager to build our sales engine from the ground up, hire a dynamic telemarketing team, and aggressively capture market share.
As the Sales Manager at Greens247, you will not be inheriting a legacy sales team; you will be the architect of a new revenue engine. Your primary mandate is to target Egyptian end-users (SMEs, clinics, law firms, retail) and sell them our complete Digital Business Bundle (Domain + Professional Email + Hosting + WordPress Setup).
Your success will be measured by your ability to build the machine, train the team, and close high-margin, sticky recurring revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect the Playbook (Month 1): Develop the outbound sales strategy, write high-converting telemarketing call scripts, define our digital bundle pitches, and optimize our CRM infrastructure.
Build the Machine (Month 1): Recruit, hire, and train a high-velocity team of outbound telemarketers to generate qualified leads and book demos.
Remote & Field Management (Ongoing): Manage your telemarketing team and daily operations remotely via Microsoft Teams, while conducting high-value closing meetings face-to-face at the clients’ offices.
Pipeline Management (Ongoing): Establish daily and weekly KPIs for the telemarketing team (call volume, connection rates, meetings booked) and hold the team ruthlessly accountable to these metrics.
Be the Closer (Ongoing): Take the qualified meetings booked by your team, conduct expert-level sales consultations with business owners, and close the deals.
Drive Recurring Revenue: Focus strictly on high-quality customer acquisition that maximizes Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and customer lifetime value.
To thrive in this role, you must be a proven closer who understands the mechanics of building a sales pipeline and managing a high-volume outbound team.
Proven Track Record: 5 to 10 years of aggressive B2B sales experience in the Egyptian market, preferably in SaaS, IT services, digital agencies, or telecommunications.
Leadership Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience directly hiring, training, and managing outbound sales reps or telemarketers. You know what a good rep sounds like on the phone.
Technical Aptitude: While you don’t need to be a developer, you must clearly understand the concepts of web hosting, domains, emails, SSL, cPanel, and WordPress to confidently sell digital solutions to non-technical business owners.
Process-Driven: Deep expertise in using and configuring modern CRM platforms (such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Fresh Sales) to track leading and lagging indicators.
The “Hunter” Mentality: You are deeply motivated by uncapped variable compensation tied directly to the revenue you generate. You do not wait for inbound leads; you build the systems to go out and get them.
Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a car. The role requires frequent field visits to client sites, including manufacturing facilities and business parks in various industrial zones.
