A well-established Omani Medical Laboratory Supplies company is looking for a young dynamic candidate for the position of Applicati Solutions Specialist. This role involves developing and executing pre-and post-sales strategies to support new product launches and increase the adoption and utilization of new diagnostic products among both new and existing customers.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
-Clinical Education & Training activities for laboratory staff, clinicians, infection control teams, nurses, pharmacists, and other clinical staff on the clinical impact of our products.
-Establish and nurture strong networks with key clinical decision-makers and Heads of Departments (e.g., ICU, Infection Control, ID, ED, , Oncology).
-Proactively identify Healthcare needs that can be addressed by our products, and ways to address them.
-Support laboratory departments in the implementation and integration of the priduct technology into their workflows, including system installations, verifications, and accreditation processes.
-Conduct product demonstrations, provide application requirements, and perform troubleshooting to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.
-Maintain the customer database with full activity traceability and doent all field activities, customer feedback, and market intelligence reports.
-Support product launches and represent company at trade shows and professional conferences, performing product demonstrations and promotions.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (Molecular Biology, Clinical Science, Nursing) or a relevant clinical background (e.g., Clinical Pharmacist, Physician, Nurse).
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience within the healthcare market, preferably in a field application specialist or clinical support role.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, and Infectious Diseases is a must.
Language: Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for effective communication and support in the region.
Skills:Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong selling and negotiation abilities.
Effective problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Oncology knowledge is a plus.
Previous clinical or laboratory experience is highly desirable.
Oman driving license is a must.
