Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome customers and record vehicle complaints accurately
Open and manage job cards with proper details
Coordinate with technicians on diagnosis, repair progress, and completion timelines
Prepare and explain repair estimates and recommendations clearly
Obtain customer approval before work begins
Follow up on pending approvals, parts status, and ongoing jobs
Keep customers updated through WhatsApp, phone, and direct communication
Support workshop scheduling and service flow
Assist with invoicing, final delivery, and vehicle handover
Maintain clear records of jobs, approvals, and customer communication
Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain service quality standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in an automotive workshop or service advisor role
Good understanding of workshop operations and vehicle repair processes
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to explain technical matters clearly
Good organizational and follow-up ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
English required
Mercedes-Benz or European car experience
UAE automotive industry experience
Experience preparing estimates and managing customer approvals
Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage
UAE driving licence is an advantage
