Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled ELV System Site Engineer to lead the end-to-end execution of advanced ELV systems on-site. You will be responsible for ensuring quality, timely delivery, and seamless integration of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PA systems, and other ELV solutions. The role requires hands-on leadership, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation, commissioning, and handover of ELV systems.

• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure flawless execution.

• Supervise engineering teams and subcontractors, enforcing safety standards and maintaining productivity.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges on-site promptly.

• Coordinate closely with MEP and civil teams to ensure smooth integration.

• Maintain accurate documentation, including as-built drawings, reports, and manuals.

• Stay updated on ELV industry trends and implement innovative solutions to optimize system performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or a related field.

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on ELV engineering experience in commercial or industrial projects.

• Expertise in CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PA systems, and other ELV solutions.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Familiarity with international ELV standards (ISO, IEC).

• Skilled in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting ELV systems.
