Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah for a Multi-Skilled Interior Architect – Interior Designer. The role involves designing and executing innovative interior spaces, space planning, collaborating on architectural projects, and managing interior fit-out processes. The professional will be expected to address client requirements, propose creative solutions, and oversee projects to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

• Skills in Space Planning with an aptitude for optimizing functionality and efficiency within interior spaces.
• Experience in Interior Design, with a focus on creating aesthetically appealing and practical spaces.
• Expertise in Interior Architecture and proficiency in designing structural and decorative components for interiors.
• Familiarity and hands-on experience in Interior Fit-out processes, including managing materials, finishes, BOQ and construction details.
• Technical and design knowledge in Architecture and proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape or similar tools.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Knowledge of local building codes and design regulations in Jeddah is highly preferred.
