Role Summary
We are hiring a Chief Marketing Officer to operate as an enterprise growth architect, reporting directly to the CEO. The CMO will own the brand and growth agenda across all markets, shaping foundational strategy, defining structural affordability levers, influencing product priorities, and delivering measurable commercial impact.
This role requires true ownership of the brand, deepening and harmonising its meaning and purpose, and deliberately shaping the customer experience across markets. The CMO will align marketing tightly with the operating model, lead a clear affordability and growth strategy, and drive radical improvements in ROI and accelerated growth. Success demands a combination of uncompromising, data led performance discipline and the heart and vision to elevate the brand and customer experience.
