We are currently looking to hire a NOC Engineer – Certified in CCNA, CompTIA+ and having experience in network monitoring tools such as Zabbix, SolarWinds

Location: Dammam Airport, Saudi Arabia

Key skills:

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network and system alerts.
• Escalate critical incidents to the appropriate teams as per defined SLAs.
• Ensure uptime and availability of servers, switches, firewalls, and cloud environments.
• Perform routine health checks on IT infrastructure and data center components.
• Work with vendors and service providers to resolve issues.
• Proactive Monitoring
• Good with documentation
• Participate in shift-based operations to ensure 24/7 monitoring and support.
• Experience in Zabbix and SolarWinds Monitoring Tool
• Experience configuration of Zabbix / SolarWinds tool
• Onboarding servers, network devices to the monitoring tool

Qualifications:

• NOC Engineer 2-3 Years Hands on Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Zabbix, SolarWinds and best practices.
• Relevant certifications – CCNA, CompTIA+
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts to support 24/7
