Our client, a prestigious government entity, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant who is fluent in both Arabic and English. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support, manage communications, and assist in data reporting and presentations.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive-level administrative support to senior management
Prepare and manage Excel sheets, reports, and dashboards
Create professional presentations using tools such as PowerPoint and other data visualization software
Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and circulate official notes and communications
Handle official correspondence in both Arabic and English with a high level of professionalism
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives
Maintain organized records, documents, and filing systems
Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, dashboards, and presentation tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Prior experience supporting senior executives, preferably within a government or corporate environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in taxation and legalization processes is an advantage
Familiarity with government procedures and documentation
