Job Description
- Overseeing the day-to day operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
- Liasing between the employees and the managements.
- Overseeing the day to day operations of the office.
- Handle recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews)
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR documents
- support payroll processing and attending tracking
- Manage employee onboarding & off boarding
- Ensure compliance with company policies & labor law
Job Requirements

- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Efficient with excellent organization and administrative abilities.
- Highly focused proactive, initiative and self-motivated.
- Meeting deadlines with time and priority management skills.
- Presentable and Punctual.
- Handling HR duties
- Fluency of English language (spoken & written).
- Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet surfing & Email).
