We are looking for an experienced Senior Category Specialist to lead sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and drive category strategies in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:
·       Lead sourcing, tenders & supplier negotiations
·       Develop and execute category strategies
·       Manage supplier performance & contracts
·       Drive cost savings and process improvements
·       Collaborate with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
·       Bachelor’s Degree (Supply Chain / Business / Engineering)
·       5–8 years of procurement / sourcing experience
·       Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
·       CIPS / CPSM certification is a plus
