Corporate Manager (B2B) – Anoosh
We are looking for a Corporate Manager to lead and grow our Corporate (B2B) business, build strategic partnerships, and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
Role Summary
Lead and expand corporate sales, build strategic partnerships, and manage contracts with government and private entities to achieve sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the corporate segment and grow B2B sales.
- Build relationships with key organizations (companies, banks, and government entities)
- Manage contracts and negotiate commercial terms
- Create tailored corporate packages (corporate gifting, events, seasonal offers)
- Coordinate with Marketing and Operations to ensure high-quality execution
- Track performance and build quarterly and annual growth plans
- Lead and monitor the corporate sales team, setting clear targets per sector and per team member
- Support product development and manage orders end-to-end
- Maintain a personal client portfolio and consistently deliver strong individual sales results
Qualifications
- 5 or +8 years of experience in corporate sales or business development
- Experience working with agencies or managing projects in coordination with an agency
- Experience building corporate packages and commercial offers
- Existing client database and direct relationships with target companies
- Strong network in the Saudi market
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to close large deals
- Good understanding of retail and F&B
- Leadership and team-management capability
- Experience in chocolates or gifting
- High energy and strong ownership mindset
