🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
🧾 Guide clients with visa requirements – Assist clients in visa regulations for various countries.
💬 Communicate professionally – Engage with clients through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
🗂️ Collect and process documents – Handle client documentation accurately.
🎯 Meet or exceed monthly sales targets – Promoting visa-related services to achieve sales goals.
📚 Maintain up-to-date knowledge – Staying current on visa requirements, policies, and procedures.
🤝 Build and maintain strong client relationships – Fostering loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.
🗂️ Accurately record sales and client data – Logging interactions and service details for tracking.
📝 Assist in preparing visa documents –Helping with timely and correct submission of paperwork.
🔍 Verify document authenticity – Check client-submitted documents with visa standards.
📆 Manage appointment scheduling – Coordinate embassy appointments, interviews.
🧾 Quotations and service proposals – Provide clients with accurate pricing and visa package details.
🧭 Requirements:
🌐 Fluent in Arabic & English – Spoken and written proficiency required.
🧠 Knowledge of Visa Procedures – Experience with Schengen, UK, USA, and other visa categories.
📱 Communication & CRM Skills – Familiarity with client management tools is a plus.
💼 Visa Sales Experience – Previous experience in selling visa services is an advantage.
🤝 Customer-Focused Mindset – High attention to detail and service quality.
