⭐ Job Summary
💠 We are looking for a results-driven ERP Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience in ERP/software sales.
💠 The role focuses on selling ERPNext solutions, with a preference for candidates who have experience in Odoo to effectively position and differentiate between ERP systems.
💠 The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing the full sales cycle, and closing deals with SMEs and enterprise clients.
⭐ Key Responsibilities
💠 Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP solutions (Odoo preferred).
💠 Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → demo → proposal → negotiation → closing.
💠 Conduct high-level ERP presentations and demos tailored to client needs.
💠 Understand client business requirements and propose suitable ERP solutions.
💠 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.
💠 Collaborate with the technical/implementation team to ensure proper solution alignment.
💠 Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts.
💠 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
💠 Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
💠 Stay updated on ERP trends and competitor offerings.
💠 Position ERPNext against competitors (especially Odoo) and clearly communicate value proposition to clients.
⭐ Requirements
💠 2+ years of experience in ERP/software sales
💠 Experience in selling any ERP system (ERPNext, Odoo, SAP Business One, etc.)
💠 Experience with Odoo is a strong plus (for competitive positioning, not mandatory hands-on use)
💠 Ability to compare ERP systems and explain pros/cons to clients
Strong understanding of business workflows (Accounting, Inventory, HR, CRM…)
💠 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
💠 Ability to handle demos and client discussions confidently.
💠 Experience with B2B sales, especially SMEs.
💠 Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo CRM, etc.).
💠 Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
💠 Cairo or Giza resident ( work will be remotely but will require Client’s visits within Cairo and Giza )
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
💠 Previous experience in ERP implementation companies.
💠 Understanding of ERP customization and modules.
💠 Existing network of potential clients is a plus.

💠 Fixed salary + commission structure.
💠 Commission based on deal size and targets.
