Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuwait City for the role of Inventory Control Manager. The Inventory Control Manager will oversee all aspects of inventory accuracy and management, ensuring the timely organization, storage, and distribution of goods. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, conducting physical inventory checks, developing and maintaining inventory control systems, and identifying areas for process improvement. The role requires close collaboration with logistics, procurement, and other departments to maintain supply chain efficiency while minimizing discrepancies and waste.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Control and Inventory Management processes
- Proficiency in ensuring Inventory Accuracy and conducting Physical Inventory checks
- Possess Analytical Skills for data analysis and problem-solving in inventory operations
- Proven ability to plan, implement, and improve inventory-related workflows
- Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in inventory control or warehousing, particularly in the food & beverage or logistics industry, is an advantage
